missingWrote a review on Dec 14rooftop terrace viewslimited breakfast options
The rooftop terrace offered stunning views of the hot air balloons, which made breakfast a truly memorable experience.
The breakfast had limited choices, particularly lacking in international varieties that many travelers might appreciate.

missingWrote a review on Nov 17cold water
The cold pool water makes it hard to enjoy swimming, especially in the morning. Families often take over common areas. kids running around can disrupt a relaxing atmosphere. Unfortunately, luggage issues at checkout led to a stressful experience. three bags got left behind, causing chaos at the airport since we were an hour away. The hotel charged a steep fee to send the bags, adding to the frustration.

From skeptic to believer
The service team was genuinely warm, making you feel like family,, while the breathtaking terrace views during Turkish breakfast left me in awe. Great spacious accommodation enhanced the overall delight.
Thin walls allowed noise from neighboring rooms,, and I faced minor issues with occasional water spillage in the bathroom. Clarity around travel arrangements felt a bit lacking.

The spacious room was great. especially with fast WiFi and convenient airport transfers! The breakfast was a delightful blend of traditional dishes, with omelettes made fresh daily. Fantastic staff assistance made our stay even better! !
The cleanliness of some common areas could be improved. and a wider breakfast selection for International tastes would be great.

The staff was exceptionally accommodating, even arranging last-minute balloon flights and providing helpful tips for local attractions. The extensive Turkish breakfast offered a delightful daily variety, perfect for starting the day. However, the lack of a shower curtain in my room caused some inconvenience, leading to water on the floor, and there were a few delays in receiving extra bath mats. Noise from other guests in the early hours was another slight disruption.

would love to go back.
We had a lovely stay in a deluxe twin room. It was super spacious, had a nice balcony, and a big bathroom. The outdoor pool was refreshing. The terrace was great for breakfast with fab views. Staff were accommodating and helped plan our balloon ride and tours. Just a relaxing vibe all around.
